    I work with cloud-based tools like QuickBooks Online, which allow secure, real-time access from anywhere. If you’re not set up yet, I’ll help you get started.

  2. You Share Documents Digitally
    You can easily upload receipts, invoices, and bank statements through a secure portal like Google Drive or Dropbox. No paper piles, no office visits.

  3. I Reconcile & Organize Everything
    Behind the scenes, I categorize transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and keep your books up to date. You’ll get clean, tax-ready financials each month.

  4. You Get Monthly Reports + Ongoing Support
    Every month, you’ll receive clear financial reports that show how your business is doing. I’m available via email or video call to answer questions you may have.

  5. Optional Add-ons
    Need help with payroll, invoicing, or bill pay? I’ve got that covered too — all handled remotely with tools you already use (or I’ll recommend ones that fit).

Yes! We provide virtual assistant services for a limited number of clients. Our team can assist with data entry, scanning receipts, organizing digital files, updating website, and more. Our expertise include Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Square, Gusto, and more.

Payments for our services are required in advance every month unless otherwise agreed upon.
